Scope
Applies to applicants, employers, website visitors, and users of all digital tools (including CRM).
Registration & Use
Applicant:
- Provide truthful and complete information about education, experience, and identity
- Application documents are used for placement and may be shared with potential employer
- No guarantee of placement
Employer:
- Treat applicant information as confidential
- Decisions regarding recruitment rest with the employer
- Services are provided in accordance with Austrian law
Document upload
- CVs, references and certificates can be uploaded
- For use solely for brokerage and internal administration
- No disclosure without a legitimate purpose or consent
Data sharing
- Data may be disclosed to employers both within and outside the EU
- Safeguards: standard contractual clauses, consent
- All platforms (website, application portal, CRM) are included
Privacy & Security
Storage and processing in accordance with the GDPR. Consent to the use of your data for agency services, CRM management and uploads.
Liability
- Liability only in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence
- No liability for technical faults, incomplete applicant information or decisions made by employers
- Platforms ‘as seen’
Fees
Fees for premium services or special services. Payment must be made before services are provided. Services may be suspended in the event of late payment.
Termination
- Applicants can have their registration deleted at any time
- Employers can cancel services
- Dibago OG may suspend accounts in the event of breaches
Changes
Changes may be made at any time and will be published on the website or sent by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Applicable law
Austrian law; place of jurisdiction: Eisenstadt.
Summary
Applicant: Data will be stored, processed and, where necessary, disclosed. Accurate information is required.
Employer: Applicant details are kept confidential; decisions are made by the employer.
