Five steps to finding your new employees – we’ll guide you through every one of them.

Step 1 – Needs analysis
We will discuss your specific requirements: qualifications, language proficiency, field of work, preferred start date and number of vacancies.

Step 2 – Candidate selection
Our local team in the Philippines selects suitable candidates from our network. You will receive anonymised profiles for an initial review.

Step 3 – Job interviews
You conduct interviews online or in person. We support you throughout the process and provide translation services where required.

Step 4 – Recognition & Visa
We coordinate the recognition of nursing qualifications with the Austrian authorities and assist with visa applications – a process that is often complex, and one which we support every step of the way.

Step 5 – Arrival & induction
Our work doesn’t stop when the plane lands. We’re there to help – whether it’s finding a place to live, dealing with the authorities for the first time, or opening a bank account. The first few weeks in a new country can be overwhelming. We know that.
